Terms and Conditions of Rental

  • To rent a car without a driver, the tenant must have a licence A, provide information on the hotel where to stay & room number, cell phone number and ID card.
  • If the tenant uses the car over the time limit (24 hours per day), there will be an overtime fee of 10% per hour. For more than 6 hours, the rental will be calculated to be 1 day.
  • Does not include life insurance or accident insurance for passengers
  • For car rental without a driver, car use is only allowed for the island of Bali and rates are adjusted according to the type of car
  • Car rental payments, namely a minimum down payment of 50%, – and the remaining payment when the car is received or put into use. And transfer via Bank BCA ACCOUNT NO 6115410095 on behalf of RAHMAT HIDAYAT
  • We have the right to completely reject or cancel the rental unilaterally, with sufficiently strong reasons such as incomplete and clear tenant data.
  • Booking is valid if you have made a deposit transfer of at least 50%. to our bank account. If the transfer of the deposit is not possible, you can send a screenshot of the plane ticket or proof of the hotel booking, sent via WhatsApp or email.
  • If there is an unilateral cancellation 24 hours from the hour and date of the order, the deposit that you have transferred to our bank account will be forfeited (cancelation fee)
  • Free car delivery in Denpasar,Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, airport during business hours from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm
  • Delivery outside working hours and outside of the above locations is subject to a fee starting from USD$ 3,5 to USD$ 13
  • The price of renting a car without a driver includes all-risks insurance, if there is damage, the car renter must bear the maximum repair cost of only USD 300.
