Please read the following terms & procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. Information below provides clear details of various services we offer at Rhidays Holiday. All of the below mentioned terms & conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites such as:

1. Pricing
Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservation online . Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per person basis, & do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services & laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

2. Methods of Payment & Deposit.

For all forms of reservations a non-refundable 50% deposit from the total price as applicable, per person per Tour is due to Rhidays Holiday. If the booking is made 30 day(s) or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. You must make payment within the specified time limit. If the payment is not made, then Rhidays Holiday reserves the right to cancel all reservations.

For certain products or services offered by Rhidays Holiday may require you to make full payment at the time of booking. Rhidays Holiday will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.

We accept credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard . Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on your statement.

For payment by bank transfer, guest must provide the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment, the bank fees shall be charged to the customer and For payment in foreign currency, conversion into foreign currency is given as an indication and is not binding, only the currency confirmed during your reservation is guaranteed if payment is made in a currency other than that of the customer‘s country of residence, the conversion fees shall be charged to the customer.

3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail . Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation
Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Rhidays Holiday, clients has to read cancellation policy of that particular tour. However terms & conditions are subject to change. Tourist/ transit / Service  fees are non Refundable once payment done on our site.

4.2 No Show
If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, attraction & sightseeing tours, car-rental services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to & from airports, & other travel related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures
Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Rhidays Holiday in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Rhidays Holiday cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments
Attraction services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Rhidays Holiday reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of vis major, such as flood and earthquake or any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If we are not able to trace for you an accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. Rhidays holiday cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not adhered by the hotel due to their busy schedule.

    Accommodations on a double occupancy basis, will be provided at the property specified or similar. Rooms will be assigned by the respective supplier/s on a run-of-the-house basis, in category/ies as specified in the itinerary. The hotels featured in the itinerary will be in accordance to the level of the program – First Class, Deluxe or Luxury – (this term may be defined by the hospitality industry in the region providing such accommodation or by trade custom). All per person rates are based on double occupancy of the respective accommodation units as described above. A tour member occupying a single room, either by choice or by circumstance, is required to pay the single room supplement.

Meals for each tour are included as stated on itinerary. A la Carte, Buffet meals and/or table d’hôte are offered. Special meals and entertainment are included as shown in the itinerary. In some rare instances, a meal may not be of a standard expected under the term of “deluxe” particularly in remote areas.

8. Travel Insurance
Rhidays Holiday shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the travellers should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events. A personal insurance coverage is highly recommended. 

9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content in this website, including logos, pictures, images, information on tour package, attractions, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Rhidays Holiday. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.  

12. Risk Acceptance

Each participant should acknowledge that the nature of our trips is adventurous and that participation involves a degree of personal risk, particularly due to relative isolation from major medical centers. Each participant assumes these risks knowingly and accepts that blame for any accidents which may occur cannot be directed at Rhidays Holidays, our guides or any other providers linked with the trip. If circumstances require, if the safety of the group is it risk due to reasons such as weather conditions or unforeseen events, we reserve the rights to make changes to the trip without entitlement to compensation. This may include transport substitutions or changes to accommodation, routes, and/or dates and times of departure.  Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and follow advice given by their group leaders. We cannot be held responsible for accidents which are caused by the carelessness of a single group member. We reserve the rights to remove, at any time, a group or group member(s) whose behavior may be considered a threat to the safety or well-being of other participants. If this occurs, no compensation will be payable. Parents or guardians accompanying minors remain responsible for their childs actions and behaviour at all times.

13. Luggage

Participants are responsible for their own luggage at all times. Do not ask your tour leader to watch your luggage. Please check with the airline regarding any baggage allowance rules including weight, size and restricted items. The air carrier is liable for destruction, loss or damage to baggage. In the case of checked baggage, the air carrier is liable even if not at fault unless the baggage was defective. In the case of unchecked baggage, the carrier is liable only if at fault. If your luggage is damaged, delayed, lost or destroyed, the passenger must complain in writing to the air carrier as soon as possible. During your trip your luggage may be transported by means such as boat or 4×4 – please see your itinerary for specific details. Any case of loss or damage during transportation by Rhidays Holiday will be treated individually, depending on the circumstances we are not obliged to consider any complaints.

Special COVID-19 Note:
Countries welcoming you and allowing open travel will have a Covid-19 rule-set in place. Visitors must be familiar with these requirements and are expected to adhere to all rules. Requirements will differ from country to country and may also change over time. It is therefore important that all travellers are secure in their understanding of what will be expected of them before departing their home and upon entering a foreign destination.  Please ask your Rhidays Holidays Expert in regard to the specific entry requirements.

Furthermore, understand that COVID-19 may be present anywhere. The World Health Organization and medical experts have stated that older citizens as well as guests with existing health challenges are exposed to heightened risks. It is important that travellers take personal responsibility for their well-being and strictly follow instructions, whether given verbally or through public announcements and signage. When traveling with Rhidays Holiday agree to accept all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19. At Rhidays Holiday we encourage adherence to hygiene and distancing rules and sincerely wish that all of our guests travel safe and remain healthy.
